I cancelled the BTC withdrawal and transformed the BTC to NEO, then attempted to transfer the NEO to an ANS wallet. Now after 20 minutes the transaction is still in 'Processing' and no transaction ID provided there either. This is not proving to be a reassuring experience for my first interactions with Binance. They probably have work over time before and after the launch and probably very exhausted, but still manage to fix some bugs. Please understand they are also human beings and have a real life beside their job just like you and me. I notice withdrawals take hours and I had 2 withdrawals gone through in 12 hours with NEO. Transactions are the bread and butter basics of an exchange - and I would have hoped they would be automated, tested, and robust from the first moments of the exchange being live. As it is, I'm not going to make more of a fuss about this (I happily edited my post to say it was fixed once the transactions went through) - but you cannot defend transaction delays on an exchange as being acceptable, even in the first day.
