I Can't Log In.
When i try to log in using my laptop, the logging in pop up stays open and does nothing. When using my at&t app on ipone i get an error code (RESLGN0103) after a message that reads, 'A temporary system error prevents us from retrieving your account information at this time. Please try agin later.' .i was on it trying to figure some things out with the at&t online chat. Ive tried 'agin later' many times over the last few hours on both my laptop and iphone.
Still no luck. This has never happend befor, and the day i actully have stuff to take care of this happens. Has anyone else had this problem? Id just like to know why i cant log in, what the code means, how long till i can log in agin, or what do i have to do to log in. Well i have been chatting with an att person on the site home page and the site at the moment is under maitnence. If you search chat live on the page and get with an accociate they can acces your account and take care of some things for you.
The acociate i was helped by (john A.) was spectacular and took care of an issue with my sons phone in less then 30 minutes. Ive been to 2 diffrent at&t stores, one of them multiple times, ive spent countles hours searching the web, and long nights on my account with no succes at all. John made it easy on my half and did it all while the site was down and under maitnence. Dont hessitate to ask for help or information they got thier gig down to a science.
Hello Spiceheads, So I have a user that is not able to login to Skype for Business 2016 on Windows 10. He gets an incorrect username/password error when he uses his O365 account, but he can login to Outlook and portal.office.com with the same account. Here's what I've tried:.Removed all cached credentials in Windows 10.Cleaned temp files.Ran online repair on Office 2016 So far, he still can't login. Anything else that it could be? He's also the only user experiencing this. Next step is to open up incident with Microsoft, but I trust you guys more. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I had exactly the same issue as I was about to leave the office today. I checked the DNS for the domain and it was fine and everything else looked fine so I did what we all do when we get into some technical trouble, turned to Google. SfB was working fine with all the other O365 applications for the longest time. I changed my password, logged out and logged back in and all of a sudden it would no longer let me log into SfB. All the other O365 applications still continued to work OK. After spending 2 extra hours in the office I threw my teddy on the floor, stomped my feet and spat my dummy out (I went home to log in and try to fix it). I was reading through various forums and came to a conclusion that seemed to make sense and I was able to resolve my issue.
1) My computer is logged on with accountA 2) My O365 applications are supposed to use accountB When launching an O365 application (I picked Word or Excel for less complications) it displays which account is logged in on the top right of the window. It said accountA.
So after logging out in the application and then logging in with accountB, as stated, all my applications worked except for the obvious. I launched SfB and got the error that's the topic of this discussion. My thoughts were along the lines of, something in SfB is trying to connect first with accountA instead of reading the email address of accountB that was typed in, because typing in an email address in a box is waaaay too complicated for some software.
So in the end I logged into the O365 portal and assigned a SfB liscence to accountA, went for a shower to let it synchronize to everywhere it needed to, came back to my computer and tried it again. It got past its hiccup, connected with accountB and asked for my password. So it's working again. Now to unassign the license I added to accountA, go to bed and have a good sleep.

Hope that helps someone.
