Before you use the Blackbaud Hosting Services software for the first time, you must install the Citrix Receiver. This will allow you to remotely access your Blackbaud applications from the main server where they are stored. One common question regarding this process concerns determining the appropriate version of the Citrix Receiver to install for your machine (whether MAC or Windows). This solution discusses the steps needed to identify and install the most supported version of Citrix for your Operating System.
