The general apperance and how it works reminds its users of Macintosh era (1980s), where everything was sluggish and patience was the virtue of all users.

This is beyond slow. Compared to the speed of searching in Preview using a sample PDF files, searching a word does not give you the list of the results nor allow the users to navigate through them fast enough.
We are living in the world where IE11 exists, not IE6, and the way the search in this viewer app functions is much similar to how IE6 functioned on PCs. English support is somewhat doubtful as well. It’s very annoying that I can’t do anything with the document itself and have to either go on my android tablet and use it’s Hansoft or go to the library and find a Windows computer to use. I would complain about how companies are taking forever creating a Mac supported Hansoft or a simple method of converting into a document format that Mac users can easily read and edit but it’s most likely not going to happen because money. A garbage app made by a incompetent company - Let me be blunt. Hancom company should have been gone a long time ago. This useless, incompetent company gets its life support from South Korean tax payers’ money. I don’t know whether they lobby the government, or bribe the politicians behind, but somehow they have managed to survive so far.
It is a shame. Without reckless government spending on their products, they would be out of business. South Korean bureaucracy is the only reason why this company still exists. Whatever they make, it’s usually very low quality, but this one is particularly bad. It crashes almost every time when I open a document. At beginning it runs, but after three page scroll, boom! It’s crashed.
On Every Single Machine that I have (I use iMac and Mac Book). The only reason that I still have to try to use this piece is because they somehow convinced the south korean government to produce their official document in.hwp format.
